Responsibility
- Operate and maintain assembly/module/repair line machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform quality inspections on automotive components and assemblies to meet industry and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production line to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and workflow.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with company policies.
- Document production processes, discrepancies, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment for new production runs or product variations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly line operations, or a similar technical role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
