Responsibility

  • Operate and maintain assembly/module/repair line machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform quality inspections on automotive components and assemblies to meet industry and company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production line to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and workflow.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with company policies.
  • Document production processes, discrepancies, and maintenance activities accurately.
  • Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment for new production runs or product variations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly line operations, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking systems.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
