Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, video walls, and control systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for AV setups during events, meetings, and presentations.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of AV systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to audio, video, and lighting systems.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess AV needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Test and calibrate equipment to meet industry standards for audio clarity and visual quality.
- Document technical specifications, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting steps for reference.
- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an AV Technician, Audio Visual Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, including DSP, mixing consoles, video switchers, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for AV equipment.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP) as they relate to AV systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Certifications in AV technologies (e.g., CTS, AVI-SPL, or manufacturer-specific training) are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as needed.
