Responsibility
- Assemble and solder electronic components, including inductors, resistors, and circuit boards, with precision.
- Perform quality inspections and functional testing of assembled electronic products.
- Follow detailed schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective electronic assemblies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Document assembly procedures, test results, and any deviations for quality control.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or PCB manufacturing.
- Familiarity with electronic components such as inductors, capacitors, and resistors.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precision assembly work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and testing procedures for electronic products.
