Responsibility
- Develop detailed engineering designs for offshore and marine structures using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to ensure project viability and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, naval architects, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform structural analysis and simulations to optimize design performance and safety.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to resolve engineering challenges.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in offshore and marine engineering.
- Ensure all designs adhere to international marine and offshore safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in offshore/marine design engineering.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Rhino.
- Strong understanding of offshore and marine structural design principles and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
