Responsibility
- Perform setup, calibration, and testing of electronic circuits, components, and mechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in production equipment, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize test processes and improve efficiency in manufacturing workflows.
- Document test results, anomalies, and solutions in detailed reports for quality assurance and process improvement.
- Maintain and update test equipment, ensuring all tools and instruments are in optimal working condition.
- Assist in the development and validation of new test procedures and methodologies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in test engineering, production testing, or a similar role in a manufacturing or R&D environment.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.), and calibration procedures.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, debugging, and repairing mechanical and electronic systems.
- Familiarity with quality control standards (ISO, IPC, etc.) and documentation practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
