Responsibility
- Develop, validate, and optimize metrology solutions for semiconductor and advanced material applications.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to integrate metrology systems into manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot metrology-related issues to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate and improve measurement techniques for thin films, nanostructures, and other advanced materials.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers on metrology tools and methodologies.
- Document technical findings, create reports, and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in metrology and semiconductor manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all metrology operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in metrology, semiconductor manufacturing, or precision measurement systems.
- Hands-on experience with metrology tools such as CD-SEM, OCD, ellipsometry, or AFM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, JMP).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a track record of collaborating across disciplines.
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or travel as needed for project requirements.
