Responsibility
- Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on genset systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in genset units promptly.
- Conduct routine testing and load banking to verify genset functionality and readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements.
- Collaborate with facility management teams to schedule preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance operations.
- Monitor fuel levels, battery conditions, and other critical components of genset systems.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Genset Technician or similar role in building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of diesel generators, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Certification in genset maintenance or related technical field is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in genset operations.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
