Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide personalized patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring medication supplies.
- Maintain meticulous records of dispensed medications and patient interactions in compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, wellness, and preventive care.
- Oversee pharmacy operations, including workflow optimization and adherence to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements, drug therapies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pharmacist license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Staff Pharmacist or in a similar role, preferably in a community or retail setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, safety, and patient confidentiality.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
