Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Manage a team of medical professionals, including nurses, oncologists, and support staff.
- Develop and implement patient care protocols to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Monitor budget, inventory, and resource allocation for optimal clinic performance.
- Collaborate with medical directors to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Lead staff training and development initiatives to maintain high clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic management, preferably in oncology or chemotherapy services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance.
- Proficient in medical software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid healthcare management certification or license (if applicable).
