Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee teleradiology operations to ensure smooth and efficient case handling.
- Liaise with radiologists, technicians, and clinical staff to facilitate accurate and timely case delivery.
- Monitor and manage workflows across different shifts to maintain operational continuity.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company protocols in all clinical processes.
- Maintain detailed records of cases, communications, and operational metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the teleradiology process.
- Provide training and support to new team members on clinical coordination procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to optimize teleradiology systems and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical coordination, healthcare operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of teleradiology processes and healthcare compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR).
