Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve territorial sales targets in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, medical camps, and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns from clients promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within assigned territories.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across Bali.
