Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth training sessions for healthcare professionals on the use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and clinical applications to potential and existing clients.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure optimal product performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver product presentations and educational materials.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical technology and industry best practices.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of medical equipment in clinical settings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and service excellence.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Certification in medical device training or clinical applications is highly advantageous.
