Responsibility
- Organize and maintain accurate pharmacy and medical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Assist in inventory management for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, including tracking stock levels and processing orders.
- Coordinate patient records, prescriptions, and administrative paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support the pharmacy team in dispensing medications, verifying dosages, and labeling prescriptions as required.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, suppliers, and patients to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and financial documentation related to pharmacy and medical services.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and operational data.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in administrative roles within healthcare, pharmacy, or medical settings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with medical/pharmacy software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
- Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards is a plus.
