Responsibility
- Deliver professional nursing care before, during, and after aesthetic and wellness treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Conduct pre-treatment assessments, including medical history reviews and skin analysis, to tailor personalized care plans.
- Assist in non-surgical cosmetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser therapy, PRP) under the supervision of licensed practitioners.
- Monitor and manage post-treatment recovery, providing guidance on aftercare and addressing any patient concerns.
- Maintain sterile and organized clinical environments, adhering to strict hygiene and infection control protocols.
- Educate patients on treatment options, risks, and benefits to ensure informed consent and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with dermatologists, aestheticians, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress in accurate, confidential records.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in aesthetic nursing, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery.
- Certification in aesthetic nursing, laser safety, or injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, cosmetic treatments, and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with high-end clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while maintaining precision and professionalism.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and digital patient management tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Commitment to continuing education in aesthetic medicine and wellness trends.
