Responsibility
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients with urological conditions, including pre- and post-operative care.
- Assist urologists during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as cystoscopies, catheterizations, and minor surgeries.
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments, ensuring timely intervention when necessary.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on urological health, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council (or equivalent for international candidates).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in urology, surgery, or a related specialty.
- Strong knowledge of urological conditions, treatments, and nursing interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and compassion.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical terminology.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and adapt to a culturally diverse workplace.
