Responsibility
- Assist elderly clients with personal care activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and transfer using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed, following dietary requirements
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical condition or behavior to nursing staff
- Engage clients in social activities and therapeutic programs to promote mental well-being
- Assist with medication reminders under the supervision of registered nurses
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations made
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Assistance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in elderly care or healthcare setting
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Compassionate nature with genuine interest in working with elderly clients
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting clients
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Indonesian work permit or ability to obtain necessary visa sponsorship
