Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various disciplines, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to treatments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies, healthcare regulations, and facility standards to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Mentor and supervise junior nursing staff or interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Participate in emergency response protocols and provide critical care support as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (Senior Staff Nurse roles may require 5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
