Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage clinical research trials from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Support Principal Investigators (PIs) in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical studies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards, including ethical approvals and informed consent processes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including trial records, participant data, and study reports.
- Monitor trial progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure study integrity.
- Provide training and guidance to research staff and participants on study procedures and protocols.
- Contribute to the development of research proposals, grant applications, and scientific publications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research coordination or a similar role within a healthcare or research setting.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
