Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage administrative processes for healthcare research projects, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with researchers, clinicians, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare, review, and submit research proposals, budgets, and progress reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including contracts, consent forms, and institutional review board (IRB) submissions.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively addressing any delays or issues.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications and funding proposals to secure research funding.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions for research teams.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all research-related documentation and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in research administration, healthcare management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of research ethics, regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP, HIPAA), and compliance standards in healthcare.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, research databases, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with grant writing, budgeting, and financial reporting for research projects.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia for the duration of the contract.
