Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in multidisciplinary settings, including medical, surgical, and acute care wards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
- Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Respond to emergencies and critical situations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other nurses to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
- Uphold infection control standards and maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent qualification recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care, medical/surgical wards, or inpatient hospital settings.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols in multidisciplinary environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development in nursing.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
