Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end healthcare transformation projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve patient care delivery.
- Spearhead the design, development, and launch of polyclinic facilities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with medical staff, administrators, and external partners to identify process gaps and implement data-driven solutions.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and present reports to senior leadership to demonstrate impact and ROI.
- Drive change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement within healthcare teams.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and innovative healthcare models.
- Ensure all projects adhere to budgetary constraints, timelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or consulting, with a focus on transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale healthcare projects, including facility development or process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Experience working in multicultural or international healthcare environments is an advantage.
