Responsibility
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care for aesthetic treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Assist dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners during consultations and procedures.
- Administer injections, IV therapies, and other clinical treatments as directed.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, aftercare instructions, and skincare routines.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic protocols.
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Uphold strict hygiene and sterilization standards in all clinical areas.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Association.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care, and clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and precision.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
