We are currently recruiting for multi-disciplinary wards, including Gerontology, Geriatric care, Palliative care, ICU, and General Medical/Surgical departments.
In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring clinical excellence, and supporting multidisciplinary teams in managing complex patient needs. Whether you are specialized in intensive care or have a heart for geriatric and end-of-life care, we provide the platform for you to excel and grow professionally in a supportive environment.
Responsibility
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans for inpatients.
- Provide expert clinical care in specialized settings including Geriatrics, Palliative, ICU, and General Medical/Surgical wards.
- Monitor patient vital signs and manage medication administration with high accuracy and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on care procedures, disease management, and post-discharge recovery.
- Maintain precise medical records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff or students during clinical rotations (for Senior Staff Nurse roles).
Qualifications
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with a valid Practicing Certificate.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in an inpatient, acute, or long-term care setting.
- Strong clinical skills in wound management, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate care to elderly patients.
- Ability to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and adaptable to fast-paced healthcare environments.
