Responsibility
- Provide high-quality clinical nursing care to patients in ICU, HD, ED, or inpatient settings.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medical history, and progress accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in specialized procedures and ensure the sterile preparation of medical equipment.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, treatment procedures, and post-discharge recovery.
- Maintain precise electronic medical records and documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety practices at all times.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in ICU, HD, or acute inpatient care.
- Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations with composure and critical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to engage with patients and clinical colleagues.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to perform rotating shifts as required by the healthcare institution.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
