Responsibility
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and perform clinical procedures in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols.
- Monitor resident health status, documenting observations and reporting changes to the medical team.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and nursing aides to ensure high standards of care.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and family members to provide holistic support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and workplace safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a nursing home or geriatric care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate bedside manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for clinical documentation.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as required by the facility.
