Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including Botox, fillers, PRP, laser treatments, and chemical peels, under medical supervision.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and develop personalized care plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sterilization protocols in all procedures.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential risks to ensure informed consent.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including medical histories, treatment notes, and follow-up plans.
- Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated aesthetic solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products through continuous professional development.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and fostering long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (local or international) with specialization or certification in aesthetic nursing (e.g., CANS, AAOPM, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in administering injectables (Botox, fillers) and operating laser/IPL devices.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common aesthetic concerns (e.g., aging, pigmentation, acne).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clientele.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision, safety, and ethical practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
