Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and post-treatment protocols.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with clinic standards.
- Respond to emergencies with calm, efficient intervention and escalate critical cases as needed.
- Promote a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
- Participate in continuous professional development and clinic training programs.
Qualifications
- Valid Nursing License in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and infection control.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (Bahasa).
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.
- Commitment to ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
