Join SingHealth Group as a Senior Wellbeing Coordinator / Assistant Wellbeing Coordinator Lead and play a pivotal role in transforming community health through our flagship HealthUP! program. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to drive wellness initiatives, engage with diverse communities, and empower residents to take charge of their health.
Based in the vibrant regions of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you will collaborate with local stakeholders to promote preventive healthcare, organize wellness activities, and ensure seamless program participation. Your leadership will inspire teams, while your passion for public health will create lasting impact.

Responsibility
- Lead the promotion and implementation of the HealthUP! program across assigned regions in Bali, ensuring high resident engagement and participation.
- Develop and execute community wellness initiatives, including workshops, health screenings, and awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers, government agencies, and NGOs to expand program reach and impact.
- Train and supervise assistant coordinators and volunteers to deliver consistent, high-quality program support.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using data analytics, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Design culturally relevant health education materials tailored to diverse community needs.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, resource allocation, and participant follow-ups.
- Advocate for preventive healthcare by addressing barriers to participation and proposing innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in health promotion, community outreach, or program coordination, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and managing successful wellness programs or public health initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including residents, partners, and team members.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience in data collection and analysis.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Passion for community health and a commitment to empowering individuals through education and support.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
