Responsibility
- Provide compassionate and high-quality bedside nursing care to residents in a nursing home setting.
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid or necessary interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness practices.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric care, inpatient wards, or nursing homes.
- Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to elderly care.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
