Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of home care nurses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring continuity and excellence in service.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and skilled nursing team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor and manage budgetary and operational aspects of the home care program, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare standards, including infection control, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, fostering trust and clear communication.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) with a valid nursing license in Indonesia or eligibility for registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in home care or a related setting.
- Proven track record of leading and developing nursing teams in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of home care nursing practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management software is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with best practices in nursing and home care.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
