Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and execution of clinical research studies under the supervision of senior researchers.
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate research data in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and manage research documentation, including consent forms, case report forms, and study protocols.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, study participants, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth study operations.
- Support the recruitment and screening of study participants, ensuring adherence to inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications.
- Monitor study progress and report any deviations or issues to the research team.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance research skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of clinical research methodologies and ethical guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
