Little Precious Postnatal Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse / Nurse Aide to join our dedicated team in Bali. Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for mothers and newborns to identify health needs and risks.
- Provide expert guidance on breastfeeding techniques, including latching, positioning, and overcoming common challenges.
- Monitor and support newborn health, including vital signs, feeding patterns, and developmental milestones.
- Educate mothers on postpartum recovery, hygiene, nutrition, and emotional well-being.
- Assist with newborn care procedures, such as umbilical cord care, bathing, and soothing techniques.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to implement personalized care plans for mothers and babies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress and interventions.
- Offer emotional support and counseling to new mothers, addressing concerns and promoting mental well-being.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (preferably with experience in postnatal or pediatric care).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maternal, newborn, or pediatric nursing.
- Strong knowledge of breastfeeding support, newborn care, and postpartum health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in neonatal resuscitation (NRP) or lactation consulting is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is advantageous.
