Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Execute a full range of general dentistry procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Utilize digital radiography, intraoral scanners, and CAD/CAM technology for precise diagnostics and treatments.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
- Stay current with industry advancements through continuous professional development and training.
- Uphold high standards of sterilization, infection control, and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license (or eligibility to obtain one in Indonesia).
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in digital dentistry tools (e.g., intraoral scanners, CBCT) and modern dental software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse patient demographics.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
