Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to healthcare committees, including meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials for committee reviews and decision-making.
- Assist in the planning and execution of healthcare projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to committee activities and project progress.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events, including venue booking and participant management.
- Monitor project milestones and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and potential risks.
- Support the implementation of healthcare policies and initiatives as directed by the committee.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within healthcare or government sectors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
