Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of physical therapists to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on their needs and conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine the best course of treatment.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Train and mentor junior therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid license to practice.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical therapy, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of various physical therapy techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
- Proficient in using medical software and tools for patient management.
