Responsibility
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including continuous monitoring and assessment.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Operate and manage life-support equipment such as ventilators, defibrillators, and infusion pumps.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond rapidly to emergencies, performing CPR, intubations, and other critical interventions when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, documenting patient progress and treatment responses.
- Educate patients’ families on care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations with empathy and clarity.
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain a sterile, safe ICU environment.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (preferably with ICU/Critical Care certification).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Staff Nurse or ICU Nurse in a hospital or critical care setting.
- Proven expertise in managing ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, emergency protocols, and critical care best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to remain calm, decisive, and compassionate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
