Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of senior nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with daily clinical tasks, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and patient assessments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide first aid or stabilization as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance nursing skills.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license or eligibility to practice in Indonesia (assistance provided for licensing if needed).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, patient care techniques, and infection control protocols.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a focus on dignity and respect.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures, technologies, and healthcare best practices.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- No prior experience required – training and mentorship will be provided.
