Responsibility
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray, CT, MRI, etc.) with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.
- Position patients correctly for imaging, providing clear instructions to ensure accurate and comfortable procedures.
- Evaluate image quality and retake scans as necessary to meet diagnostic requirements.
- Maintain meticulous patient records, including imaging results and exposure data, in compliance with HIPAA/regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to interpret imaging needs and prioritize urgent cases.
- Enforce radiation safety measures for patients, staff, and visitors, including proper shielding and dose monitoring.
- Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and techniques through continuous education.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field; licensed RadTech (local or internationally recognized).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in diagnostic imaging (X-ray, CT, or MRI preferred).
- Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact compassionately with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
