Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of optical consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide expert guidance on eyewear selection, lens options, and frame styling to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth through promotional campaigns, upselling, and customer retention strategies.
- Ensure a seamless in-store experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the regional team to implement marketing initiatives and local community engagement.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and report performance metrics to headquarters.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in optical, fashion, or healthcare industries.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse customers and staff.
- Knowledge of eyewear products, lens technologies, and industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
