Responsibility
- Design and implement customized physical therapy programs tailored to individual patient needs, in alignment with chiropractic care plans.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including mobility, strength, and functional ability evaluations.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs to ensure long-term recovery.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with clinical standards.
- Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare providers to integrate therapy goals with overall treatment plans.
- Stay updated on latest physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Physical Therapist license (Indonesian or internationally recognized, with eligibility to practice in Bali).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in chiropractic, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic exercise principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development in physical therapy.
