Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound dressing, and medication administration under physician supervision.
- Assist doctors during medical examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health systems (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and examination rooms to ensure a hygienic and safe environment.
- Triage patients, assess urgency, and prioritize care based on medical needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and workplace safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Nursing or a certified Medical Assistant program from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license or medical assistant certification (local or international, with eligibility for Indonesian work permits).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and basic diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and compassion.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is highly preferred.
