Responsibility
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of senior nursing staff, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
- Assist in daily clinical operations, such as preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining patient records.
- Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs, ensuring a dignified and respectful experience.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols in all clinical settings.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance nursing competencies.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- No prior nursing experience required – full training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Nursing or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional knowledge of Indonesian or Balinese is advantageous).
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a genuine desire to help others.

- Basic computer literacy for electronic health record (EHR) systems.
