Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders in both English and Mandarin, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, customer service) to resolve order-related inquiries.
- Maintain and update order records in the company’s ERP system.
- Liaise with international clients to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies in orders or shipments.
- Generate reports on order status, delays, and resolutions.
- Assist in improving order management processes for efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in healthcare or diagnostics is advantageous.
