As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide evidence-based psychological assessments, therapies, and interventions to clients across various age groups and backgrounds. Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including behavioral, cognitive, and emotional evaluations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., psychiatrists, social workers, educators) to ensure holistic client care.
- Design and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness.
- Maintain detailed clinical records and adhere to ethical and legal standards in psychology practice.
- Stay updated on emerging research and best practices in clinical psychology to enhance service quality.
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide support for clients in acute distress.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or registered as a Clinical Psychologist (local or international certification accepted; willingness to obtain Indonesian licensure if required).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in settings such as hospitals, private practice, or community mental health.
- Proven expertise in psychological assessment tools (e.g., IQ tests, personality inventories, behavioral scales).
- Strong proficiency in English (additional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-cultural environments.
