Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their therapeutic goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, activities, and adaptive techniques to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance independence and improve quality of life.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in occupational therapy through continuous professional development.
- Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements in all aspects of patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy, with a focus on empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with assistive devices and adaptive equipment used in occupational therapy.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali, including full-time and locum assignments.
