Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate clinical quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with local and international healthcare standards.
- Lead clinical audits and identify areas for improvement in medical processes and documentation.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to streamline clinical governance frameworks.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to medical affairs and healthcare delivery.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices in medical administration.
- Facilitate training and workshops for staff on clinical compliance, risk management, and quality standards.
- Support the development of policies and procedures to maintain high standards of clinical governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical affairs, clinical quality, or healthcare administration.
- Proven track record in clinical audits, quality improvement, and governance.
- Strong knowledge of local and international healthcare regulations (e.g., ISO, JCI, or national standards).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
