Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of senior nurses and medical staff.
- Assist with daily clinical procedures, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards in all clinical settings.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance professional skills.
- Support emergency response efforts and critical care situations as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (fresh graduates welcome).
- Valid nursing license or eligibility for registration in Indonesia (assistance provided for foreign candidates).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, nursing procedures, and healthcare ethics.
- Ability to work rotational shifts (including nights/weekends) in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
