Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Develop and mentor dental staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Oversee patient care standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Manage clinic resources, including equipment, supplies, and budgets, to optimize efficiency.
- Implement and monitor infection control protocols and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, and patients to resolve issues and enhance communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Nursing, Dental Hygiene, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental clinic, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and patient care standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
