Responsibility
- Provide compassionate and evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation and restorative therapies.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress in collaboration with physicians and therapists.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
- Educate patients and families on recovery processes, self-care techniques, and long-term health management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Assist in mobility exercises, wound care, and other restorative procedures to support patient independence.
- Monitor vital signs, respond to emergencies, and escalate concerns to senior medical staff when necessary.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care quality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (local or international) with eligibility to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation, geriatric care, or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient assessment, and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and empathy.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic medical software is a plus.
