Responsibility
- Assist dentists during dental procedures, including preparing instruments, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after treatments.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) under the supervision of a dentist.
- Provide chairside support, including passing instruments, suctioning, and retraction during procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
- Manage patient records, appointment scheduling, and inventory of dental supplies.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Dental Nursing, Dental Assisting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Nurse Assistant or in a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols.
- Familiarity with dental software and digital radiography systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
